Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her talent. Sagittarius. Her birthplace was in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the oldest of three children, and was the daughter of Peter Moore Smith who was a paratrooper. The mother of her child Anne is a psychotherapist. She's of English and Scottish descent.
