Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her talent. Sagittarius. Her birthplace was in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the oldest of three children, and was the daughter of Peter Moore Smith who was a paratrooper. The mother of her child Anne is a psychotherapist. She's of English and Scottish descent. Moore had a difficult time as her family was constantly relocated due to their dad's employment. Moore was in the class of Frankfurt American High School in Germany as her parents moved there. Moore began her career in theatre. When she completed her B.F.A. from Boston University in 1983, Moore continued her education. She graduated in 1983 with a B.F.A. Moore made the move in New York after graduating and started her professional career in off-broadway theater. Her screen debut came in 1985, with a scene of The Edge of Night. In 1986, she played the dual characters in the show of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). The show became her first major break. In 1988, she played an actor in the series and was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she made a debut in the cinema world in the form of Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. Her performance in the critically-acclaimed short-cuts (1993) brought her a number of nominations. Moore was the first actress to get a major part in Safe in 1995, a movie. In 1997 the actress career reached a turning point when Steven Spielberg cast her to star in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which became one of 1997's highest-grossing movies. She received an SAG nomination in 1999 for the role she played in Magnolia which was a highly praised film. The film was co-produced by Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep and others for The Hours, which was awarded nine times at the Academy Awards. Moore was also in The Forgotten 2004, Freedomland, Shelter and Shelter 2010. In 2014 she appeared in Non-Stop. Moore was a regular in many TV and film programs. Moore's latest role as a lead actress was In When You Finish saving the World (2022). She's established herself in Hollywood in addition to being an author of children's books that is successful. The first book she published was Freckleface Strawberry (2007) and was a N.Y.T. bestseller. The best-selling book was made into a movie, series, and even into a musical. The author has also released her memoir, My Mom is Foreigner in 2013, the memoir of 2013. Moore has a public life as a renowned writer and actress. In 1984, she got married to John Robin and in 1995 the couple divorced. Bart Freundlich has given her two kids. He later became her husband in 2003. Moore's life is all about her family friends and career.
